- AcupunctureAcupuncture first emerged in China thousands of years ago and was further introduced in other Eastern countries. This remarkable technique to maintain and to restore a person’s health and vitality is becoming more and more popular also in the West. Very fine, sterile, highly quality needles are administered into acupuncture points around the body; these are gently stimulated to induce a slight sensation but not a pain. At the initial consultation you can expect to discuss your current health as well as medical history. A holistic approach is used, therefore questions about your nutrition, life-style, emotional and physical state are asked. Pulses on both wrists are checked; tongue observations are made, and both are essential parts of every session. At the time of each follow up, an updated report is made to monitor improvements made.
- Blood TestsBlood tests are of a finger prick. A finger prick test can be used to test cholesterol (subdivided or total), blood glucose, or a combination of different tests, such as B12 and Vitamin D levels, hormones female and male, and liver and kidney profile, among others. Although the sample pool is smaller than venous extractions, a finger prick test is very accurate in its results. If the patient buys the test kit privately, from a different company, and requests us to test it, a fee will incur.

- Cryotherapy (cryopen)®Cryotherapy is a procedure that uses extreme cold to destroy tissue. The process is called cryo-necrosis, tissue destruction by freezing. Cryotherapy requires no anesthesia and has less scarring than other techniques of skin removal with minimal post-op care. The treatment goes fast and can be integrated into daily practice. The applicator is held as close as possible to the skin imperfection and moved quickly towards and away from it. This could be from 1-30 seconds, depending on the size and depth. After the first freeze cycle. the tissue can thaw for about 30 seconds. Then, the second freeze cycle will begin. The tissue will freeze faster than during the first freezing cycle. Cautions about skin type and location are considered prior to decide on freeze times. We trained with MASCED.UK to recognise melonoma and skin cancer earlier.
- ElectroacupunctureElectroacupuncture is a form of stimulation of the needles when delivering an acupuncture treatment. Needles of acupuncture are inserted on the skin and the stimuli is calculated and delivered by a machine which electrodes are connected to the needles. It is a form of delivering a constant and precise manipulation throughout the treatment.
- Facial Revitalisation, Acupuncture & GuashaThe treatment is delivered as a package consisting of a series of treatments: the first one is a Gua Sha treatment and the remaining ones are facial acupuncture. Gua Sha involves repeated pressured strokes along the pathway of the acupuncture meridians. Gua Sha helps to bring toxins to the skin’s surface and helps with lymph drainage and blood circulation to relieve pain. The Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is also known as Cosmetic Acupuncture. This therapy combines the use of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture points on the body and micro-current stimulation of local points on the face to increase blood flow and stimulate collagen and elastin production in the skin. The treatment involves the insertion of ultra-fine needles at specific points of the face, ears, neck, hands, trunk, and legs which encourage the flow of blood, oxygen and nutrients. The treatment aim is to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and restore organ balance to eliminate the root cause of facial skin problems. It stimulates collagen production, which may reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Patients respond differently according to their age, nutrition, and lifestyle. In order to attain desired effects, a series of 10 weekly Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture treatments are required.…
- Injectable VitaminsOral supplements bioavailability can be reduced by stomach acids. Injectable vitamins and Kenalog are delivered on a form of injection. They bypass the digestive system, go straight to the blood stream and and therefore are absorbed in greater quantity than oral supplements. Injectables can be delivered to the arm or to the gluteus, and some can be delivered on the same appointment, combined. Some injectables require prescription (we have our own prescriber) and baseline levels testing. All injectables require consultation prior to therapy delivering.
