Swedish massage uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage.

These five basic strokes warm up and massage the muscles, increasing blood circulation and promoting flow.

Swedish massage is helpful to reduce pain, joint stiffness, and to restore functioning as it increases blood circulation.

It is not a deep tissue massage but the therapist can adapt the pressure during your session as you prefer it.
